About
Telma LN from Glenmark is a fixed-dose combination of Telmisartan and Cilnidipine. It is prescribed for adults whose blood pressure needs the action of two different vessel-relaxing medicines.

How it works
Telmisartan is an angiotensin-receptor blocker that relaxes blood vessels by blocking a hormone that tightens them. Cilnidipine is a calcium-channel blocker that further widens the arteries and is known for being gentle on heart rate, helping lower blood pressure smoothly.
How to take
Take as prescribed by your doctor, usually once a day with water, with or without food. Try to take it at the same time every day.

Precautions
