Rosuvas 10 from Sun Pharma contains Rosuvastatin, a statin medicine. Doctors prescribe it to lower high cholesterol and reduce the risk of heart attack and stroke.

Rosuvastatin blocks HMG-CoA reductase, the liver enzyme that makes cholesterol. With less cholesterol being produced, the liver pulls more LDL out of the blood and overall cholesterol drops.

Take as prescribed by your doctor. Swallow the capsule whole with water. It can be taken at any time of day, but keep the timing fixed and follow a low-fat diet.

Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have liver, kidney, or thyroid issues. Report any unexplained muscle pain, tenderness, or dark urine right away. Avoid heavy alcohol.
