Roseday 10 from Sun Pharma is a cholesterol-lowering tablet containing Rosuvastatin. It belongs to the statin family and is commonly prescribed for people with high cholesterol or those at risk of heart problems.

• Mixed lipid disorders

Rosuvastatin slows down an enzyme in the liver called HMG-CoA reductase, which is needed to make cholesterol. With less cholesterol being produced, the liver removes more bad cholesterol (LDL) from the blood, helping protect the heart and arteries.

Take as prescribed by your doctor. The tablet can be taken with or without food, ideally at the same time each day. Swallow whole with a glass of water.

• Nausea or stomach upset
• Constipation
• Dizziness

Tell the doctor about any liver or kidney disease, thyroid issues, or regular alcohol use. Report unexplained muscle pain, tenderness, or dark urine without delay. Not recommended in pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Keep below 25°C in a dry place, away from direct sunlight. Keep in the original strip and out of reach of children.
