Roseday A 10 from USV is a cardiac-care capsule that combines Rosuvastatin with Aspirin. It is commonly prescribed for adults who need both cholesterol control and blood-clot prevention.

Rosuvastatin lowers cholesterol by blocking the liver enzyme HMG-CoA reductase, helping clear bad cholesterol from the blood. Aspirin makes platelets less sticky so they do not form clots inside narrowed arteries. Together they protect the heart on two fronts.

Take as prescribed by your doctor. Swallow the capsule whole with water, ideally with or after food to reduce stomach upset. Take at the same time each day.
