About
Met XL AM 25/5 from Ajanta combines Metoprolol with Amlodipine in one tablet. It pairs a beta-blocker with a calcium channel blocker to help manage blood pressure and related heart conditions.
Uses

How it works
Metoprolol slows the heart and reduces its workload by blocking beta-1 receptors. Amlodipine relaxes blood vessels by blocking calcium channels in the vessel walls. The two together lower blood pressure more effectively.
How to take
Take as prescribed by your doctor, usually once a day with water. Try to take it at the same time each day.

- Ankle swelling or flushing
- Tiredness or slow heart rate
- Dizziness on standing
