Dynaglipt 20 from Mankind Pharma contains Teneligliptin, an oral medicine used to control blood sugar in adults with type 2 diabetes, usually along with diet and exercise.

Teneligliptin is a DPP-4 inhibitor. It blocks the DPP-4 enzyme, which normally breaks down hormones called incretins. With more incretins around, the body releases more insulin after meals and reduces the sugar produced by the liver, keeping blood sugar steadier.

Take as prescribed by your doctor. Swallow the tablet whole with water, usually once a day, with or without food. Take it at about the same time daily. Continue diet and exercise alongside.
