Triglimisave 2 15 tab

Triglimisave 2 from Eris is a triple-combination tablet for type 2 diabetes that brings together Glimepiride (a sulfonylurea), Metformin (a biguanide) and Pioglitazone (a thiazolidinedione). The higher Glimepiride strength is used when more sugar lowering is needed alongside Metformin and Pioglitazone.

Glimepiride helps the pancreas release more insulin. Metformin lowers sugar production by the liver and improves how the body uses insulin. Pioglitazone makes muscle and fat cells more sensitive to insulin. The three together tackle high sugar from different angles.

Take as prescribed by your doctor, usually with or just after a meal to lower the chance of stomach upset and low sugar. Do not skip meals after taking it.

• Low blood sugar (shakiness, sweating, hunger)

Tell the doctor about kidney, liver or heart problems, history of heart failure or bladder issues. Carry sugar or sweets in case of a low. Avoid heavy alcohol. Get periodic kidney, liver and HbA1c tests.
