Zefcort-12 from Leeford is a deflazacort tablet, a corticosteroid that helps bring down inflammation and settle overactive immune responses in many long-term conditions.

Deflazacort is a glucocorticoid that lowers the chemical signals driving inflammation and tones down immune cells, easing swelling, pain, and irritation in affected tissues.

Swallow whole with water, preferably with food, as prescribed by your doctor. Do not stop on your own; the dose usually needs to be reduced gradually.
