About
Glimisave M1 Forte from Eris Lifesciences is a combination anti-diabetic tablet with a higher strength of Metformin alongside Glimepiride. It is prescribed for adults with type 2 diabetes whose sugar is not controlled by lower doses.
Uses
- Type 2 diabetes in adults
- When standard combinations need a stronger Metformin dose
- To improve overall blood sugar control
How it works
Glimepiride encourages the pancreas to release more insulin. The higher-strength Metformin works on the liver to reduce sugar production and improves how the body responds to insulin. The combination gives stronger overall control.
How to take
Take as prescribed by your doctor. Swallow whole with a meal to lower stomach upset and the risk of low sugar. Keep meal times regular.

- Vitamin B12 deficiency on long use
Precautions
Avoid in severe kidney, liver or heart failure. Pause during major illness, dehydration or before contrast scans. Avoid alcohol. Carry sugar candy as backup.
