Gluconorm G4

Gluconorm G4 from Lupin pairs an even higher dose of glimepiride (a sulfonylurea) with metformin (a biguanide) in one tablet. It is generally prescribed for adults with type 2 diabetes who need a strong sulfonylurea push along with their metformin.

Glimepiride asks the pancreas to release more insulin, while metformin lowers the glucose made by the liver and helps muscles take in and use sugar more effectively, giving more balanced control through the day.

Take as prescribed by your doctor, usually with the first main meal of the day. Swallow whole with water and keep meals regular.
