Glimestar M4 from Mankind is an anti-diabetic tablet with a higher dose of Glimepiride paired with Metformin. It is prescribed for adults with type 2 diabetes when stronger sugar-lowering action is needed.

Glimepiride is a sulfonylurea that nudges the pancreas to release more insulin after meals. Metformin reduces sugar production by the liver and improves how the body uses insulin. Combining the two gives smoother control.

Take as prescribed by your doctor. Swallow with a meal to lower the risk of stomach upset and low blood sugar. Follow regular meal timings and home sugar checks as advised.
