How it works
Telmisartan, an angiotensin receptor blocker, relaxes blood vessels by blocking a hormone that narrows them. Chlorthalidone is a long-acting water pill that helps your kidneys remove extra salt and water, easing pressure on the artery walls.
How to take
Take as prescribed by your doctor, preferably in the morning with water. You can take it with or without food. Stay well hydrated unless advised otherwise.

Precautions
