Amtas AT 50 mg Tablet (15 Tab)

Amtas AT 50 contains amlodipine paired with a higher 50 mg dose of atenolol. This stronger combination is suited to people whose blood pressure or chest pain needs firmer control.

Amlodipine relaxes arteries by blocking calcium entry, lowering vascular resistance. A 50 mg dose of atenolol further slows the heart and reduces oxygen demand, useful in more active angina.

Take one tablet once daily at the same time each morning, with or without food, as prescribed by your doctor. Never stop suddenly without medical guidance.

Avoid if you have asthma, certain heart blocks or very low heart rate. Mention diabetes, thyroid problems or pregnancy. Get up slowly to prevent dizziness.
