Eritel CH 40 mg Tablet (15 Tab)

Eritel CH is from Eris Lifesciences and combines telmisartan with chlorthalidone, two medicines that work together to lower high blood pressure.

• High blood pressure (hypertension)
• Helps protect the heart and kidneys long-term

Telmisartan relaxes and widens blood vessels by blocking a hormone that tightens them. Chlorthalidone is a diuretic that helps the kidneys remove extra salt and water, further easing pressure on the vessels.

Swallow whole with water, as prescribed by your doctor. It is usually taken in the morning so night-time bathroom trips are reduced. Try to take it around the same time each day.

• Dizziness, especially when standing up
• Tiredness
• Increased urination
• Low potassium or sodium levels
• Muscle cramps

Share your full history with your doctor, especially kidney or liver issues, diabetes, gout, or dehydration. Not for use during pregnancy. Avoid salt substitutes high in potassium unless your doctor agrees.

Store below 25 degrees C in a dry place, in the original strip, away from children.
