Zefcort 30 from Leeford contains deflazacort, a corticosteroid used to calm inflammation and dampen overactive immune responses across a wide range of conditions.

Deflazacort is a glucocorticoid that reduces the body's release of chemicals that drive inflammation and quiets immune cells that attack the body's own tissues, easing swelling, redness, and pain.

Swallow with water, ideally with food, as prescribed by your doctor. Do not stop suddenly; the dose usually needs to be tapered.
