Ziglim M2

Ziglim M2 from FDC is a diabetes tablet that combines glimepiride and metformin. It's prescribed when one medicine alone isn't enough to keep blood sugar steady.

Glimepiride nudges the pancreas to release more insulin. Metformin helps the body use insulin better and reduces sugar production by the liver — together, they work on two angles of blood sugar control.

Take as prescribed by your doctor, usually with the first main meal of the day. Don't skip meals after taking it.
