Dapamac Trio from Macleods is a triple-combination anti-diabetic tablet containing dapagliflozin, sitagliptin, and metformin, used to manage type 2 diabetes in adults.

Uses

  • Helps improve blood sugar control in type 2 diabetes
  • Used when two medicines alone are not enough

How it works

Dapagliflozin helps the kidneys remove extra sugar via urine, sitagliptin (a DPP-4 inhibitor) boosts the body's own insulin response after meals, and metformin reduces liver sugar production and improves insulin sensitivity.

How to take

Take as prescribed by your doctor, usually with food to ease stomach upset. Swallow the tablet whole with water.

  • Mild dehydration

Precautions
