About

Situacea DM from Wallace combines three diabetes medicines — dapagliflozin, sitagliptin, and metformin — in one tablet for adults with type 2 diabetes.

Uses

  • Helps control blood sugar when single or dual therapy isn't enough

How it works

Dapagliflozin (an SGLT2 inhibitor) helps the kidneys remove extra sugar through urine. Sitagliptin (a DPP-4 inhibitor) supports the body's insulin response. Metformin (a biguanide) lowers liver sugar output and improves insulin use.

How to take

Swallow with water, usually with food, as prescribed by your doctor.
