About

Eurepa 1 from Torrent is a meglitinide-class oral diabetes tablet. It is used to control blood sugar rises after meals in adults with type 2 diabetes.

How it works

Repaglinide triggers a quick, short release of insulin from the pancreas when taken just before eating. This matches the meal-time sugar spike and fades quickly to lower the risk of low sugar later.

How to take

Take as prescribed by your doctor, shortly before each main meal. If you skip a meal, skip the dose to avoid low blood sugar.

Side effects

  • Low blood sugar (hypoglycaemia)

Precautions
