Hopace MT 25 7 tab

Hopace MT from Micro Labs is a prescription combination tablet containing Ramipril, an ACE inhibitor, and Metoprolol, a beta-blocker. It is commonly used in patients whose blood pressure is not well controlled with a single medicine.

• High blood pressure (hypertension)
• Angina (chest pain due to heart)
• Long-term heart protection after a heart attack
• Heart failure (as part of treatment)

Ramipril relaxes and widens the blood vessels, so the heart has less work to do and blood pressure comes down. Metoprolol slows the heart rate and reduces the force of each beat, which further lowers pressure and protects the heart muscle.

Take as prescribed by your doctor. Swallow the tablet whole with water, ideally at the same time each day. Do not stop suddenly even if you feel well.

• Dry cough
• Tiredness or dizziness
• Slow heartbeat
• Cold hands and feet
• Headache

Not for use in pregnancy. Tell your doctor about asthma, kidney problems, diabetes, or low blood pressure. Stand up slowly from sitting or lying to avoid giddiness. Do not stop the medicine on your own.

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep the strip in its original pack and out of reach of children.
