Tamodex 10 10 tab

Tamodex from Zydus contains tamoxifen, a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM) widely used in the treatment and prevention of hormone-receptor-positive breast cancer. Each strip holds 10 tablets.

• Reduces risk of recurrence after surgery
• Risk reduction in high-risk individuals

Tamoxifen blocks estrogen from binding to receptors on breast cancer cells, slowing or stopping the growth of cancers that depend on this hormone to multiply.

Swallow whole with water as prescribed by your doctor. Take at the same time each day. Do not stop treatment without medical advice, even if you feel well.

• Hot flashes and sweating
• Menstrual changes or vaginal discharge
• Nausea, fatigue, mood changes
• Rare blood clots or uterine changes

Tell your doctor about any history of clots, stroke, or liver problems. Avoid pregnancy during and for some time after treatment. Regular gynaecological check-ups are recommended.

Store below 25°C in the original strip, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
