Triplixam 4/1.25/5 10 tab

Triplixam from Servier brings together three blood pressure medicines in a single tablet — perindopril, indapamide, and amlodipine. It is used when one or two drugs aren't enough to keep blood pressure in a safe range.

Perindopril is an ACE inhibitor that relaxes blood vessels, indapamide is a thiazide-like diuretic that helps the body shed extra salt and water, and amlodipine is a calcium channel blocker that further widens the arteries. Together they ease the heart's workload.

Swallow one tablet daily with water, as prescribed by your doctor. Try to take it at the same time each day, preferably in the morning.

• Dizziness or lightheadedness, especially when standing up
• Dry cough, ankle swelling, or tiredness
• Headache or flushing

Tell your doctor if you have kidney issues, diabetes, or are pregnant or planning pregnancy. Rise slowly from sitting or lying down for the first few days. Avoid potassium supplements unless advised.
