Destrol from Kamal pairs diphenoxylate with a small dose of atropine, a long-trusted combination for controlling diarrhoea in adults.

• Helps manage acute diarrhoea
• Supports control of chronic loose motions
• Reduces stool frequency

Diphenoxylate slows the movement of the gut so stools become firmer and less frequent. The tiny amount of atropine is added to discourage misuse.

Swallow with water as prescribed by your doctor. Drink plenty of fluids alongside to stay hydrated.

• Drowsiness or dizziness
• Mild stomach discomfort or constipation

Not for young children or anyone with severe liver issues. Tell your doctor about pregnancy, breastfeeding or other medicines.

Store below 25 degrees Celsius in a dry place, away from children.
