Pioz from USV is a well-known brand of pioglitazone used for type 2 diabetes in adults. It is prescribed when lifestyle changes and other oral antidiabetics need extra support to keep blood sugar steady.

Pioglitazone improves how muscle, fat and liver cells respond to the body's insulin. With better insulin sensitivity, glucose is taken up from the blood more effectively, which helps improve long-term sugar levels.

Swallow the tablet with water as prescribed by your doctor. It can be taken with or without food at the same time each day.
