Pioz MF-15 10 tab

Pioz MF-15 from USV is a combination tablet of pioglitazone and metformin, used in adults with type 2 diabetes. It brings two complementary blood-sugar-lowering medicines together in one tablet for easier daily routines.

• Supports long-term blood sugar control with diet and exercise

Pioglitazone improves the way muscle, fat and liver cells respond to insulin. Metformin reduces the amount of glucose made by the liver and helps muscles use sugar better. Together they tackle insulin resistance from different angles.

Swallow the tablet whole with water, usually with a meal, as prescribed by your doctor. Do not crush or chew the tablet.

• Low blood sugar with other diabetes drugs

Avoid in heart failure, severe kidney disease, active liver disease or bladder cancer. Tell your doctor about pregnancy, breastfeeding, alcohol use or upcoming surgery. Regular kidney, liver and sugar checks are important.

Store below 25°C in a dry place, away from direct sunlight. Keep the strip closed and out of reach of children.
