Nite-10 10 tab

Nite-10 contains nitrazepam, a benzodiazepine used short-term for severe insomnia. The higher strength is reserved for cases where lower doses have not helped, and it is given only on a doctor's advice.

Nitrazepam enhances the action of GABA, a calming chemical messenger in the brain. The result is reduced brain activity, easier sleep onset, and longer sleep duration.

Take as prescribed by your doctor, usually a single dose just before bedtime. Do not increase the dose or use for longer than advised, as the body can become dependent quickly.

• Morning drowsiness or grogginess
• Loss of balance, especially in older adults
• Memory lapses
• Headache

Avoid alcohol and other sleep medicines. Be careful with stairs and driving the next day. Share your full medical history with your doctor, including breathing issues, liver disease, and mental health conditions. Not advised in pregnancy or while breastfeeding.

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place out of reach of children.
