Telista MCL 50 from Lupin combines telmisartan (ARB), cilnidipine (calcium channel blocker), and a higher dose of metoprolol (beta blocker) for stubborn high blood pressure that also needs rate control.
Uses

How it works
Telmisartan relaxes vessels by blocking angiotensin II; cilnidipine eases calcium flow into vessel and nerve cells; metoprolol slows the heart by blocking beta receptors. Together they cover three different BP pathways.
How to take
Take one tablet as prescribed by your doctor, at the same time daily, with or without food. Never stop abruptly.
Side effects
- Tiredness, slow heartbeat, or cold extremities
- Dizziness on standing
- Headache or mild swelling
Precautions
Avoid in pregnancy and in certain heart-block conditions. Share asthma, diabetes, thyroid, kidney, or liver concerns. Don't stop the beta blocker suddenly.
