Uses

How it works
Telmisartan relaxes vessels by blocking angiotensin II, cilnidipine eases calcium entry into vessel walls and sympathetic nerves, and metoprolol slows the heart and softens its contractions. The three act on different pathways for layered control.
How to take
Take one tablet as prescribed by your doctor, at the same time daily, with or without food. Don't stop suddenly.
Side effects
- Tiredness, cold hands, or slow pulse
- Dizziness, especially when standing up
- Headache or mild leg swelling
Precautions
Not for pregnancy or certain heart-block conditions. Share asthma, diabetes, thyroid, kidney, or liver history. Never stop the beta blocker abruptly.
