About
Met XL Trio 50 from Ajanta is a higher-strength three-in-one BP tablet with Metoprolol, Telmisartan and Amlodipine. It is given to adults whose blood pressure remains high despite weaker combinations.
Uses

How it works
Metoprolol calms the heart by blocking adrenaline signals. Telmisartan blocks angiotensin II so blood vessels stay relaxed. Amlodipine widens small arteries. Together they bring blood pressure down smoothly through the day.
How to take
Take as prescribed by your doctor, with or without food, swallowed whole at the same time daily. Do not stop suddenly even if you feel well.

Precautions
Not for pregnancy. Inform the doctor of asthma, severe heart block, low BP, kidney narrowing or dehydration. Get up slowly from sitting or lying down. Keep follow-up visits as advised.
