Carispec from Sun Pharma contains cariprazine, an atypical antipsychotic. It is prescribed for adults living with schizophrenia and certain mood episodes of bipolar disorder.

• Treats schizophrenia in adults
• Manages manic or depressive episodes in bipolar disorder

Cariprazine works on dopamine and serotonin receptors in the brain, helping balance the chemical signals that affect mood, thinking and behaviour.

Take as prescribed by your doctor, with or without food, at around the same time each day. Do not stop suddenly.

• Restlessness or trouble sitting still
• Drowsiness or trouble sleeping
• Mild tremor
• Weight changes

Share your history of heart, liver or movement disorders before starting. Avoid alcohol. Tell your doctor if you become pregnant during treatment.

Store below 30 degrees Celsius in a dry place, away from light and out of reach of children.
