Complamina 10 tab

Complamina from Zydus contains xanthinol nicotinate, a vasodilator that widens small blood vessels to improve blood flow. It is used in conditions linked to poor peripheral circulation.

• Intermittent claudication
• Cerebral circulation problems
• Vertigo linked to poor blood flow

Xanthinol nicotinate combines xanthine with nicotinic acid to relax the smooth muscle of small blood vessels, improving microcirculation and oxygen delivery to tissues.

Take as prescribed by your doctor, usually after food to reduce stomach upset. Swallow whole with water and do not change the dose on your own.

• Flushing or warmth in the face
• Headache
• Nausea
• Drop in blood pressure on standing

Tell your doctor about low blood pressure, recent heart attack or active bleeding. Avoid sudden posture changes if you feel lightheaded.

Store below 25 degrees Celsius in a dry place, away from light. Keep in the original strip and out of reach of children.
