How it works
Warfarin works against vitamin K, which the body needs to make clotting factors. With less of these factors, blood takes longer to clot, lowering the risk of dangerous clots.
How to take
Take as prescribed by your doctor, at the same time daily. The dose is set by regular INR blood tests. Do not skip or double doses.
