How it works
Telmisartan stops a hormone from narrowing your blood vessels, amlodipine helps vessel walls relax by easing calcium flow, and the low-dose chlorthalidone gently helps the kidneys remove extra salt and water. The three together lower the pressure in your arteries.
How to take
Take as prescribed by your doctor, preferably in the morning with water. It can be taken with or without food. Try to take it at the same time each day.

Precautions
