Sildohyp 8 from Leeford contains silodosin, a medicine that targets the muscles of the prostate and bladder neck. It is used to ease the urinary symptoms of an enlarged prostate.

• Trouble passing urine due to enlarged prostate
• Weak or interrupted stream
• Frequent or urgent urge to urinate

Silodosin selectively blocks alpha-1A receptors in the prostate and bladder neck, relaxing those muscles so urine flows more freely.

Take as prescribed by your doctor, usually with a meal at the same time daily. Swallow the capsule whole with water.

Stand up slowly during the first few days. Tell your doctor before any eye surgery and about any kidney or liver problems.
