Alfufast 10 from Leeford contains Alfuzosin 10 mg. It is an alpha-blocker medicine commonly prescribed for prostate gland enlargement (BPH) in men.
Uses
- Symptoms of enlarged prostate (BPH)
- Difficulty starting urination
- Weak urinary stream
- Frequent night-time urination
- Feeling of incomplete bladder emptying
How it works
It relaxes the muscles in the prostate gland and the neck of the bladder. With these muscles loosened, urine flows out more easily and the constant urge to pass urine settles.
How to take
Take as prescribed by your doctor. Usually swallowed whole after a meal — do not crush or chew the tablet.

Precautions
Tell your doctor about heart, liver, or kidney problems. Rise slowly from sitting or lying down to avoid dizziness. Avoid alcohol. Inform your eye surgeon before any cataract operation. Not meant for women or children.
