About
Tellzy H from Alembic combines Telmisartan, an angiotensin receptor blocker, with Itopride, a gut-motility agent. It is used when high blood pressure is accompanied by indigestion or slow stomach emptying.
Uses

How it works
Telmisartan blocks the action of angiotensin II on blood vessels, helping them relax and lowering blood pressure. Itopride speeds up movement of food through the stomach by acting on dopamine and acetylcholine pathways, easing fullness and reflux.
How to take
Take as prescribed by your doctor, usually with a glass of water. Try to take it at the same time each day for steady control.

Precautions
