About
Losacar H from Zydus combines losartan, an angiotensin II receptor blocker, with hydrochlorothiazide, a thiazide-type water pill. The pair is used for high blood pressure that needs more than one medicine. Prescription only.
Uses

How it works
Losartan relaxes blood vessels by blocking angiotensin II, while hydrochlorothiazide helps the kidneys remove extra salt and water. Together they bring blood pressure down more effectively.
How to take
Take as prescribed by your doctor, with or without food, preferably in the morning to avoid night-time bathroom trips. Swallow with water and do not stop on your own.

Precautions
