Glynase MF from USV is a fixed-dose tablet combining a sulfonylurea with a biguanide, made for adults with type 2 diabetes who need extra help keeping blood sugar in range.

Glipizide encourages the pancreas to release more insulin, while metformin lowers the amount of sugar made by the liver and improves insulin sensitivity. Together they bring down high sugar from two angles.

Take as prescribed by your doctor, usually with a meal to ease stomach upset and lower the risk of a hypo. Swallow whole with water and keep meal timing consistent.
