Glycomet Trio 1/0.3 from USV is a three-in-one tablet pairing a biguanide, a sulfonylurea, and a stronger dose of an alpha-glucosidase inhibitor, made for adults with type 2 diabetes who need fuller blood-sugar control.

Metformin reduces sugar made by the liver and improves insulin response, glimepiride nudges the pancreas to release more insulin, and the higher voglibose dose slows carb digestion so post-meal sugar rises more gently.

Take as prescribed by your doctor, usually with the first bite of a main meal so voglibose works on the carbs you eat. Swallow whole with water.
