Glycomet Trio Forte 1 from USV is a high-strength three-in-one tablet combining a biguanide, a sulfonylurea, and an alpha-glucosidase inhibitor, aimed at adults with type 2 diabetes who need stronger overall control.

Metformin cuts sugar made by the liver and improves insulin sensitivity, glimepiride encourages the pancreas to release more insulin, and voglibose slows carb digestion so post-meal sugar rises more gradually.

Take as prescribed by your doctor, usually with the first bite of a main meal so voglibose can act on the carbs you eat. Swallow whole with water.
