Glycomet Trio Forte 2 from USV is a high-strength three-in-one tablet combining a biguanide, a sulfonylurea, and an alpha-glucosidase inhibitor, intended for adults with type 2 diabetes needing firmer overall control.

Metformin lowers liver sugar output and improves insulin sensitivity, glimepiride prompts the pancreas to release more insulin, and voglibose slows the breakdown of carbs in the gut so post-meal sugar spikes are gentler.

Take as prescribed by your doctor, usually with the first bite of a main meal so voglibose can act on the carbs you eat. Swallow whole with water.
