Glycomet Trio 2 from USV is a three-in-one tablet combining a biguanide, a sulfonylurea, and an alpha-glucosidase inhibitor, designed for adults with type 2 diabetes needing comprehensive blood-sugar control.

Metformin lowers liver sugar output and improves insulin sensitivity, glimepiride prompts the pancreas to release more insulin, and voglibose slows the breakdown of carbs in the gut so meal-time sugar spikes are gentler.

Take as prescribed by your doctor, usually with the first bite of a main meal so voglibose can act on the carbs you eat. Swallow whole with water.
