About
Duphill M Tablet from Leeford contains Doxofylline and Montelukast. It is prescribed for people with asthma or chronic obstructive lung disease where both bronchodilation and reduced allergic inflammation are needed.

How it works
Doxofylline is a xanthine bronchodilator that relaxes the airway muscle and makes breathing easier. Montelukast blocks leukotrienes, chemicals released in allergic and asthmatic airway inflammation, helping reduce swelling and mucus.
How to take
Take as prescribed by your doctor. Swallow the tablet whole with water. It can be taken with or without food.

Precautions
This is not a rescue medicine for sudden asthma attacks. Inform the doctor about heart disease, peptic ulcer, mood changes, or thyroid problems. Tell the doctor if you notice mood swings while on Montelukast.
