Spectra 75 from Eris contains Doxepin in a higher strength, used by doctors mainly for moderate to severe depression and persistent anxiety. Each strip has 10 capsules.

Doxepin raises levels of serotonin and noradrenaline in the brain, helping lift mood and ease worry. Its calming action on histamine receptors also supports better sleep.

Take as prescribed by your doctor, usually at bedtime because it can cause drowsiness. Swallow whole with water — do not split or crush.
