How it works
Opipramol acts on sigma and certain other brain receptors. This is thought to ease anxiety and the body symptoms it causes, like a racing heart, tight chest or stomach upset.
How to take
Take as prescribed by your doctor, with water, with or without food. Swallow the tablet whole. Do not stop suddenly; your doctor will guide a slow taper if needed.

Precautions
