How it works
Chlorthalidone is a diuretic that lowers blood volume by removing excess salt and water. Telmisartan blocks a hormone that tightens blood vessels, while amlodipine, a calcium channel blocker, helps the vessels relax and widen.
How to take
Take as prescribed by your doctor, usually one tablet daily with a glass of water, with or without food.

Precautions
