Pletoz 100 from Cipla contains Cilostazol, a prescription medicine that helps improve blood flow in the legs. It is widely used to ease pain caused by poor circulation while walking.

Cilostazol helps relax and widen blood vessels and also makes platelets less sticky, allowing blood to flow more easily to the leg muscles during activity.
