Coversyl from Servier contains perindopril erbumine, a long-acting blood pressure medicine. It is widely used to manage high blood pressure and protect the heart.

• High blood pressure (hypertension)
• Stable coronary artery disease
• Support after a heart attack
• Certain forms of heart failure

Perindopril is an ACE inhibitor. It blocks an enzyme that narrows blood vessels, helping them relax so blood flows more easily and the heart works less hard.

Swallow the tablet whole with water, usually once a day in the morning, as prescribed by your doctor. Take it at the same time each day for best results.

• Dry, persistent cough
• Dizziness, especially when standing up
• Headache or tiredness
• Mild rise in blood potassium

Tell your doctor if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding. Avoid potassium supplements unless advised. Inform your doctor of kidney problems or any history of swelling of the face or throat.

Store below 30 degrees Celsius in the original pack, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
