Cabgolin from Sun Pharma contains cabergoline, a dopamine-like medicine used mainly to manage high prolactin levels in the body.

• High prolactin levels (hyperprolactinaemia)
• Stopping breast milk production when medically needed
• Certain prolactin-producing pituitary tumours

Cabergoline acts on dopamine receptors in the brain, signalling the pituitary gland to lower the amount of prolactin it releases. This helps restore normal hormone balance.

Take as prescribed by your doctor, often with food to reduce nausea. It is usually taken once or twice a week, not daily.

• Nausea or mild stomach upset
• Headache or dizziness
• Tiredness
• Low blood pressure when standing

Share your history of heart, lung or liver problems with your doctor. Tell them if you are pregnant or planning pregnancy. Avoid sudden position changes to prevent dizziness.

Store below 25 degrees Celsius in a dry place, in the original pack, away from children.
