Daonil 30 Tab

Daonil from Sanofi contains glibenclamide, a second-generation sulfonylurea used to help manage type 2 diabetes in adults.

• Helps lower elevated blood sugar in type 2 diabetes
• Used alongside diet and exercise for better glucose control

Glibenclamide nudges the pancreas to release more insulin, which helps move sugar from the blood into your cells for energy.

Take as prescribed by your doctor, usually with a meal to reduce the risk of low blood sugar. Do not skip meals after a dose.

• Low blood sugar (hypoglycaemia)
• Weight gain
• Nausea or upset stomach
• Occasional skin rash

Tell your doctor if you have liver, kidney, or thyroid problems, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Avoid alcohol as it can worsen low blood sugar. Carry a sugar source in case of hypoglycaemia.

Store below 25°C in a dry place, away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
